3. The Holy Spirit – Your Helper

You are not alone on this journey. The Holy Spirit now lives in you and will guide, strengthen, and comfort you. As you learn to depend on Him, He will help you overcome challenges and grow into a strong, confident believer.

4. Community – Growing Together

Faith is not meant to be lived out alone. Joining a community of believers is vital for encouragement and accountability.
•    Find a local church that teaches God’s Word and values authentic relationships.
•    Surround yourself with people who will inspire you, pray with you, and help you stay on fire for God.

1. Prayer – Talking to God Daily

Prayer is simply having a conversation with God. Just like you grow closer to a friend by talking with them often, you grow closer to God by spending time in prayer.

  • Choose a consistent time each day—morning or night—to talk with Him.

  • Start with 15–30 minutes, and as your relationship grows, you may naturally spend even more time.

  • Remember: Prayer isn’t just about speaking; it’s also about listening. After you pray, give God space to speak to you through His Word and by His Spirit.

2. Reading the Word – Feeding Your Spirit

The Bible is God’s Word to you. It teaches you who God is, who you are in Christ, and how to live the new life He has given you.

  • Begin with an easy-to-read translation like the New Living Translation (NLT) or Amplified Classic (AMP).

  • Start your reading with one of the four Gospels. I recommend beginning with John or Matthew to learn about Jesus’ life and teachings.

  • Before you read, pause and ask the Holy Spirit to open your understanding and guide you.
